Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Vadodara

Shift: 6PM-3AM

Job Description:

Financial analyst

• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Conduct detailed analyses of revenue, margins, and SG&A costs.
• Analyze monthly performance data and identify business reasons for the shortfall in performance
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, report range of operational and financial metrics like offshoring, utilization, Span of control, blended rate, cost per FTE, Cost of delivery to track performance
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management review decks, KPIs, and scorecards.
• Ability to optimize, compress and consolidate multi-dimensional base data provided by finance, HR, operations team and generate insightful reports, analytics and metrics
• Consolidate global entity results and present insights to leadership.
• Support preparation of board/leadership presentations.
• Create financial models for business cases, investments, pricing, hiring plans, etc.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal controls.
• Support internal and external audit needs.
• Be a Liaison between business and finance and be the first point of contact for business in addressing their queries

Requirements

• MBA Finance / Qualified chartered accountant with 3 - 8 years of experience in financial reporting, MIS and preparing executive dashboards
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and experience with US GAAP.
• Prior financial reporting experience in a Tier 1 IT service provider
• Experience coordinating with onshore teams in US/Europe.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, Power Query
• Ability to independently manage and drive large optimization programs with minimal leadership oversight
• Exceptional people skills, prior experience in directly managing analytics requirement of Executive Leadership Team
• The role involves close collaboration with business leaders, corporate finance, and cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making and financial performance.
