Role Overview
We are a reputed real estate developer in Bengaluru and seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Finance Analyst to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling:Develop and maintain financial models for real estate projects including DCF, IRR and NPV analyses.
- Market Analysis:Conduct in-depth research to identify trends in property prices supply and absorption rates across various micro-markets.
- Management Reporting:Prepare detailed investment memoranda and presentations for senior leadership and investment committee.
- Portfolio Management:Track and analyze performance metrics for existing assets, identifying opportunities for optimization or risk mitigation.
- Strategic Initiatives:Support strategic corporate projects, such as debt refinancing, equity investment initiatives, and capital structure optimization.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education:MBA in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- Experience:25 years of relevant experience in real estate investment analysis, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Analytical and problem solving abilities combined with good communication and stakeholder management skills
