The impact you'll make
Provide financial support and expertise to the Company's Business Units including financial forecasting, analysis and accounting/technical support
What You'll Do
- Working with Business Partners supporting the Company's forecast cycles:
- Supporting, analyzing, and assisting in the preparation and review of annual operating budgets, periodic forecast and analysis
- Developing budgets, financial forecasts, operating plans and modeling tools
- Analyzing actual operating results and identifying key financial and operating issues to be addressed; quantifying actual results versus forecast
- Preparing Business Unit presentations that summarize budget and analysis in a comprehensive and easy-to-understand format
- Preforming monthly/quarterly close processes and activities
- Ensuring data integrity thorough research and analysis of variances
- Exposure to the Capital expenditure processes including capitalization & disposal, asset tracking, and compliance with corporate accounting policies
- Performing Balance Sheet account reconciliations, account analysis, accrual calculations, and other related accounting documents/schedules
- Assisting with requests related to internal/external audits and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance including PBC preparation and Key Control testing
- Initiating and engaging in continuous process improvement
- Work on standardization and automation of work
Who We're Looking For
- Solid accounting and financial skills
- Strong technical abilities including experience with SAP and advance Excel
- Good analytical, organizational, planning and initiation skills
- Must be able to work well with people and promote a team environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Years of Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in accounting, FP&A or financial management
- Educational qualification: CA Inter/CWA Inter/Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance/accounting required
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP reporting requirements
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Workday, and financial modelling tool

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. On-site Flex you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. Virtual Flex you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
