Job Description

  • Formulate annual operating plans and forecasts for various accounts in concurrence with business and finance leaders.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of underlying business drivers to help leaders achieve their strategic vision and business targets.
  • Ensure minimal variance to the annual operating plan and forecast, thoroughly explaining and justifying any discrepancies.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of financials with business and finance leaders.
  • Aggregate large volumes of data to construct useful, actionable analyses for management insights.
  • Identify manual financial processes, streamline workflows, and implement AI-driven automation solutions. Soft Skills & Dynamic Environment
  • Act as a team player, troubleshooter, and consensus-builder.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude with a strong appetite to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
