Financial & Regulatory Manager

We are partnering with a leading global investment and technology firm, to hire a Manager within their Financial & Regulatory Reporting team.

This is a high-impact opportunity to work at the core of a global hedge fund platform, gaining exposure to complex fund structures, investment products, and senior stakeholders across the firm.

Location: Gurugram/Hyderabad/Bangalore

What you'll be doing:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage investor reporting and regulatory reporting across multiple entities
• Analyze performance and financial data across hedge fund structures
• Interpret and implement U.S. GAAP accounting standards
• Support new fund launches and fund closures
• Partner with internal teams including trading, tax, treasury, legal, and compliance
• Work closely with external auditors and senior stakeholders

What we're looking for:

• CA qualification (mandatory); CFA is a plus
• 5–8 years of experience in financial reporting within asset management / investment banking
• Strong knowledge of investment accounting (derivatives, fixed income, complex products)
• Experience with fund accounting / portfolio accounting systems
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
