We are partnering with a leading global investment and technology firm, to hire a Manager within their Financial & Regulatory Reporting team.
This is a high-impact opportunity to work at the core of a global hedge fund platform, gaining exposure to complex fund structures, investment products, and senior stakeholders across the firm.
Location: Gurugram/Hyderabad/Bangalore
What you'll be doing:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage investor reporting and regulatory reporting across multiple entities
- Analyze performance and financial data across hedge fund structures
- Interpret and implement U.S. GAAP accounting standards
- Support new fund launches and fund closures
- Partner with internal teams including trading, tax, treasury, legal, and compliance
- Work closely with external auditors and senior stakeholders
What we're looking for:
- CA qualification (mandatory); CFA is a plus
- 5–8 years of experience in financial reporting within asset management / investment banking
- Strong knowledge of investment accounting (derivatives, fixed income, complex products)
- Experience with fund accounting / portfolio accounting systems
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
