- Provide financial advisory support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries related to portfolio management, investment advisory, and wealth management.
- Offer excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years experience in financial advisory roles such as portfolio management, investment advisory, or wealth management.
- Candidates with international Bpo Experience ( Voice ) can also apply.
- Excellent Verbal Communication skills required for this job role.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), preferably from a reputed institution.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations; knowledge of mutual funds is an added advantage.
