Job Summary

We are seeking a Financial Advisory Associate Manager with strong expertise in financial modelling, cash flow forecasting, and strategic financial analysis. The role involves supporting clients in complex financial decision-making including liquidity management, capital structure assessment, and operational improvement. The candidate will work closely with onshore teams and internal stakeholders, contributing to client engagements, quality review of deliverables, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and review complex financial models including 13-week cash flow forecasts, integrated three-statement models, and monthly operating reports.
  • Perform financial reporting, overhead analysis, and operational improvement assessments.
  • Support clients in managing cash crises, liquidity planning, capital structure evaluation, and financial strategy.
  • Use historical and forward-looking data to identify value drivers, risks, and return opportunities.
  • Prepare business plans, feasibility studies, and support clients in raising, investing, optimizing, and preserving liquidity.
  • Review client deliverables to ensure quality control and adherence to best practices.
  • Identify opportunities, prepare pitches, and collaborate with onshore teams to attract and support potential client engagements.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to communicate the value proposition of the India team and support ongoing and future projects.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification mandatory.
  • 57 years of post-qualification experience in Financial Advisory.
  • Prior experience working in a Big 4 firm (EY, PwC, KPMG, or Deloitte).
  • Strong integrity with a high level of attention to confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent learning capabilities.
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
