- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote services
- Should be able to explain the product and its benefits to the customers
- Resolving customer queries
- Customer follow up and feedback post initial interaction
- Record customer and transaction details and obtaining customer information
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
Education and Experience:
- The candidate should be from a Sales background and has very good written and verbal communication skills
- Candidate must be a graduate from any stream
- Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
- Candidates from banking and Personal Loan background are preferable
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications
