Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Financial Advisor at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited. The Financial Advisor will guide clients in identifying their insurance and investment needs, and recommend appropriate products such as term plans, wealth plans, education plans, and retirement solutions. Daily activities include assessing clients financial goals, explaining policy features and benefits, preparing personalized financial plans, and supporting clients through the application and onboarding process. The role also involves maintaining ongoing relationships with clients, reviewing their portfolios periodically, and updating recommendations based on changing life circumstances or market conditions. Advisors are expected to use digital tools to communicate with clients, maintain accurate records, and adhere to regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications

• Financial Planning and Financial Advisory skills to assess client needs and design suitable solutions.
• Finance and Investments knowledge to explain policy options and related market-linked products clearly.
• Retirement Planning expertise to help clients create long-term strategies for income and protection in later life.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, present complex information simply, and support diverse clients.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting, with good time management and self-motivation.
• Basic proficiency with digital communication and documentation tools (email, video meetings, CRM or record-keeping systems).
• Prior experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Relevant academic background in finance, commerce, business, or a related field is preferred.
