Job Summary
The ideal candidate will create financial plans for the clients by assessing their financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance and provide tailored investment solutions, savings, and insurance recommendations to help achieve their long-term financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct detailed financial reviews with clients to understand their financial goals, investment preferences, and risk tolerance.
• Develop personalized financial strategies and plans, including budgeting, savings, investments, and retirement planning.
• Recommend appropriate investment products such as mutual funds, stocks, bonds, or insurance policies, based on client needs by explaining financial strategies, investment options, and recommended courses of action.
• Identify suitable investment opportunities, asset allocation strategies, and risk management techniques.
• Monitor investment performance, assess risk exposure, and recommend adjustments when required.
• Regularly review clients financial plans ensuring progress towards goals and update clients financial plans and portfolios to reflect changes in their objectives, market conditions, or new opportunities.
• Stay updated on financial trends, market developments, and new products and ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards in all interactions and transactions.
• Present detailed financial reports to clients and maintain accurate records of client interactions and plan revisions.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Wealth Manager (CWM), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or NISM Investment Advisor Level-2 certification (Preferable).
• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in finance, preferably in financial planning and wealth management.
