We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Accounts professional to join our team at Faridabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role is suitable for candidates experience in Payroll Management, Income Tax Computations, Filing of TDS Returns, Issuance of Form 16 & 16A, Bank Remittance, Bank Reconciliation, PF & ESI Payments.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Payroll for multiple Companies which are our clients..
- Employee payouts for approx 5000 employees..
- Perform reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Payment of Income Tax, PF, ESI.
- Ensure compliance for TDS Returns, prepare PF Challans, ESI Challans.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably BCom.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. GreytHR, Computax).
- Good practice of using advance Excel (VLOOK, HLOOKUP, etc.).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
