Role Description The Financial Accountant at Rococo Space will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including maintaining accurate ledgers, preparing journal entries, and reconciling accounts. This role will oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and ensure timely financial reporting for management and regulatory purposes. The Financial Accountant will monitor cash flow, assist with cost analysis for furniture manufacturing and interior projects, and coordinate with internal teams on invoicing, collections, and vendor payments. The role also includes maintaining compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations, supporting audits, and recommending process improvements for financial efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Reporting, with the ability to prepare and interpret financial statements.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and digital tools used for general ledger management, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for budgeting, cost analysis, variance reporting, and decision support.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory compliance relevant to Indian businesses.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a financial accounting role, preferably within manufacturing, design, or retail sectors.
• Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in Jaipur.
