We manage and oversee complex third-party partner relationships and agreements, working across global teams in India, Romania, and the US. Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Financial Accountant (IC1) to join our PRC team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing third-party partner agreements and facilitating timely reporting and payments across high-volume, complex transactions. Your day-to-day may evolve based on organizational priorities, so flexibility and adaptability are key. This position offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively as part of a global team, supporting our critical financial operations, process improvements, and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review contractual agreements, interpret legal terms, and calculate payable fees.
  • Prepare accurate royalty reports and payment documentation in accordance with partner agreements.
  • Support team leads with data inquiries and requests.
  • Establish and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including effectively managing and resolving partner issues and escalations.
  • Identify gaps in current system processes, participate in solution testing, and contribute to ongoing process and reconciliation improvements.
  • Maintain shared email queues and ensure timely responses.
  • Support monthly and quarterly accounting activities, including balance sheet reconciliations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills able to summarize and escalate issues effectively
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset passion for troubleshooting and resolving ambiguous problems
  • Flexible and adaptable thrives in a constantly changing environment
  • Detail and process-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, with a proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships.
  • Self-starter and quick learner with the ability to absorb new concepts outside structured training
  • Familiarity with contract analysis
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel (advanced level preferred)
