Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune City for a Financial Accountant. The role involves preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accounting systems, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, conducting analyses to aid decision-making, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Financial Accountant will also work closely with various teams to support the company's financial health and strategic goals.

Experience: 2-4 years

Budget: Up to 5 LPA

Qualifications

• Strong accounting skills, including financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance
• Proficiency in financial software tools and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; a professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
