Finance Transformation- MGR

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled team member to join Finance Transformation team. The candidate shall be responsible for leading initiatives for finance transformation including (but not limited to) Automation, process changes, BI, SAP, advance technologies. This role requires having a good financial acumen, project management skills coupled with technological bent for synergies creation through finance transformation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Key member for leading the implementation of Finance Transformation Strategy.
• Ensuring synergies between business functions and technology partners.
• Key connect between internal functions and technology partners/consultants on avenue for transformation.
• Visualization Management information system improvements
• Leading avenues for internal capability development in finance for automation/BI
• Team player on projects on financial planning and simulations.
• Build on the ERP and BI maturity and embed advance technologies (Gen AI etc) for future self-service MIS with a complete democratization of data from Finance
