Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a largescale Finance Transformation program within a global financial services organization. This is a highimpact role responsible for driving delivery of a multiyear ledger modernization and financial reporting transformation across regions.

The program focuses on standardizing General Ledger (GL) processes, improving financial data quality, enhancing controls and automation, and enabling a scalable futurestate finance operating model.

This role requires strong finance domain expertise, proven change delivery experience, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and Risk.

Key skills :

Strong experience delivering largescale finance transformation or ledger modernization programmed within global financial services environments, with deep understanding of General Ledger, financial reporting, chart of accounts, close and reconciliation processes, and endtoend finance data flows; proven programmed/project management capability including governance, risk and dependency management across multicountry teams; ability to engage and influence senior Finance, Technology and Risk stakeholders; solid exposure to finance systems/ERP, data models, testing and UAT; strong regulatory, control and audit awareness; and leadership traits such as ownership mindset, resilience in complex environments, clear communication, problemsolving, and the ability to translate complex finance concepts into executable delivery plans.
