We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Zoho Finance Support Executive to manage, support, and troubleshoot Zoho Finance applications such as Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and related modules. The candidate will work closely with clients to ensure smooth financial operations and provide ongoing support.
Requirements
- Provide day-to-day support for Zoho Finance applications (Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, etc.)
- Understand client requirements and provide functional solutions
- Handle issue resolution, troubleshooting, and user queries
- Assist in implementation, configuration, and customization of Zoho Finance modules
- Monitor financial workflows such as invoicing, billing, taxation, and reporting
- Provide training and guidance to end users
- Coordinate with the technical team for advanced customization or integration
- Maintain proper documentation of processes and solutions
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Zoho Finance applications or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GST, invoicing, taxation, etc.)
- Good understanding of Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
