This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Specialist located in Sriperumbudur. The Finance Specialist will oversee and manage financial tasks including preparing, analyzing, and maintaining financial statements. Responsibilities also involve supporting accounting functions, monitoring budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing analytical insights to aid business decisions. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency is a key part of the role.

• Strong Finance and Accounting skills, including experience in preparing and maintaining financial statements
• Advanced Analytical Skills for financial data interpretation and trend analysis
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in financial software and tools is preferred
• Prior experience in the industrial, automotive, or marine sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
