Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Finance Associate to work on a full-time basis. This individual will play a crucial role in driving accurate and seamless financial operations, utilizing expertise in QuickBooks, accounts payable, and Google Sheets to support the organization's financial management. As a key member of the finance team, this person will contribute to the development of frontier AI models by ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support budget adherence and financial compliance in the technology and finance industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to maintain the organization's financial health.

• Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, transaction recording, and financial data management to support informed decision-making.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal review, providing insights and analysis to drive business growth.

• Maintain and optimize financial data within Google Sheets for better reporting and analysis, enabling data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support budget adherence and financial compliance, ensuring the organization's financial operations are aligned with industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with QuickBooks and Google Sheets, with the ability to manage and analyze financial data to drive business outcomes.

• Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable, with expertise in financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative remote environment, with a strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies and optimize financial processes.
