We are seeking a dedicated Finance Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a strong focus on financial analysis and reporting.

Currently employed in CA firm (Mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights
• Assist in audits and prepare necessary documentation

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
