Finance Specialist (Freelancer)

Are you highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about managing numbers that drive business decisions We're looking for a Finance Specialist to join our team and support financial planning, reporting, and operational finance activities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving financial processes, and ensuring accuracy in every transaction.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day financial operations including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budget utilization
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist in financial forecasting and variance analysis
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for finance-related support

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of basic finance and accounting principles
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Experience with accounting tools like Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar
• Exposure to budgeting, reporting, or financial analysis
• Understanding of AP/AR processes
• Knowledge of business finance operations or startups
