Role: Finance Specialist
Qualifications
CA / MBA Finance / equivalent qualification.
7-10 yrs experience.
Relevant experience in managing R2R operations and leading teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end R2R processes, including general ledger management, period-end closing, and reconciliations.
Ensure robust internal controls, financial compliance, and accurate financial reporting.
Drive continuous process improvements, automation, and best practices within the finance function.
Compliance to India and US Laws.
Mentor and lead a team of financial professionals to deliver excellence.
