Job & Division Summary

The role is responsible for end‑to‑end management of Bank Guarantees for the EMEIA region.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of bank guarantees, including issuance, amendments, renewals, cancellations, and closures for EMEIA region.
• Coordinate with banks, treasury, legal, and business teams for BG-related requirements.
• Maintain accurate BG registers and trackers, including limits utilization and expiry monitoring.
• Ensure timely renewal of BGs to avoid lapses or penalties.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, banking agreements, and regulatory requirements
  
  

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field (CA/CMA/MBA Finance).
• 5–7 years hands-on exposure to bank guarantees and treasury-related activities.
• Prior experience in capital goods industry, multinational organization is an advantage.
  
  

Desired Skills

• Strong understanding of bank guarantees, letters of credit, and related banking instruments.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work cross-functionally and cross-regionally.
• Clear communication skills for interaction with banks and internal stakeholders.

This position is based in Bangalore, India, with a hybrid work arrangement and minimal anticipated travel.
