Your role

Prepare monthlyForecasts, Actuals, and Annual Budgetsfor P&L and KPIs
Performfinancial reportingwith dashboards, commentary, and variance analysis (Budget/Forecast/YoY)
Conductfinancial and variance analysisto support business decisions and improvements
Ensuredata accuracy, validation, and reconciliationof financial information
SupportBusiness Reviews, 3-Year Plans, and ad-hoc management requests
Collaborate withcross-functional teams(Sales, Operations, HR, Finance)
Ensuregovernance, internal controls, and SOP compliance
Driveprocess improvements, automation, and digitizationinitiatives
Engage with stakeholders ondelivery, performance, and future planning

Your profile

Experience Range:The ideal candidate should possess 6-12years of relevant experience
Strong understanding ofaccounting concepts, financial statements, and P&L drivers
Experience infinancial planning, reporting, and analytics
Proficiency inMS Excel and PowerPoint
Exposure toERP systems(SAP, Oracle, HFM preferred)
Knowledge ofdata analytics, visualization & storytelling
Strongcommunication, presentation, and stakeholder managementskills
Problem-solving mindset, proactive and adaptable approach
Highattention to detail, timeline-driven, and governance-focused
