Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (12-Month Recruiter Contract)
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner on a 12-month contract, you will play a strategic and project-focused role within Johnson & Johnson's Talent Acquisition Flexible Solutions Team.
You will lead high-volume hiring initiatives, partner with senior hiring teams, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure alignment with J&J's long-term talent objectives. Your expertise will help deliver a world-class candidate experience while leveraging recruiting technologies and market insights to build strong talent pipelines.
· Experience in GCC would be ideal- given these are all hub based hirings- experience in Non IT - Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Advisory
· Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, influencing workforce planning and talent strategies.
· Provide insights on market trends, competitive intelligence, and diversity strategies to elevate J&J's talent positioning.
Leadership in Recruitment Delivery
· Lead end-to-end, high-volume full-cycle recruitment — from job posting through onboarding — for a defined project.
Innovation & Process Excellence
· Champion process improvements and technology adoption to optimize recruitment efficiency and the candidate experience.
· Drive initiatives to reduce time-to-fill while maintaining quality-of-hire and compliance standards.
· Demonstrate agility and adaptability within a fast-paced project environment.
Stakeholder Engagement
· Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and talent analytics.
· Navigate and execute effectively within a highly matrixed organization.
Qualifications
Education
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience and Skills
Required:
· 4+ years of dynamic experience in Talent Acquisition, including leadership within high-volume hiring environments.
· Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior hiring partners and influence talent decisions.
· Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment, from job posting through onboarding.
· Proven agility and comfort operating within a fast-moving, project-driven environment.
· Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies and data-driven decision-making.
· Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience working within a highly matrixed organization.
Preferred:
· Experience supporting recruitment in a global environment.
· Bilingual capability (beneficial but not required).
· Expertise in advanced sourcing strategies, talent market analysis, and pipeline development.
