What would you do You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) refers to the processes designed to help organizations accurately plan, forecast, and budget to support the company s major business decisions and future financial health. These processes include planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance reporting.

What are we looking for Strong domain expertise in FP&A with SG&A cost analysis. Working with stakeholders to identify correct allocation/reclassification Proficiency in balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany accounting. Experience in payroll accounting, compensation & benefits planning, and variance analysis. Working knowledge of additional FP&A Activities (non-SG&A related): Loading and checking data in Hyperion Additional FP&A Activities (non-SG&A related): Loading and checking data in Hyperion for Blueprinting Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred). Reporting (Headcount/T&L) and journal entries Knowledge of books closure & maintaing control GL accounts Support in SOX Audits Team Handling Skills Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills Ability to drive transformation, process improvements, and automation initiatives. Team Leader Reports Review Governance Reporting Working knowledge in FP&A with SG&A cost analysis. Working with stakeholders to identify correct allocation/reclassification Proficiency in balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany accounting. Experience in payroll accounting, compensation & benefits planning SAP/ Oracle Experience Experience in Managing offshore clients SAP S/4HANA Financial Planning & Analysis

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
  • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
