Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain employee/consultant timesheets.
- Coordinate with clients and address operational queries.
- Handle vendor communication and documentation.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure timely processing of vendor invoices and payments.
- Prepare and maintain operational, billing, and payment reports.
- Support daily business operations and process coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and accounting processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in operations, administration, client coordination, or accounts management is preferred.
