About the Role:

As a Finance Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end finance operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless execution of day-to-day transactional processes. You will play a key role in creating and maintaining financial and operational documents, reconciling transactions, and coordinating with Finance,Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Operations teams to support smooth business operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and proficient in ERP systems, with a strong understanding of finance operations and cross-functional collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and manage Sales Orders, DeliveryChallans, Transfer Orders, PackingLists, Tax Invoices, and Job Work Requests.
  • Verify, reconcile, and maintainaccurate Goods ReceiptNotes (GRNs) againstsystem records
  • Update and track UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) details againstcustomer and vendor payme
  • nts.Ensure timely and accuratedocumentation of financialand operational transactions within the ERP system.
  • Coordinate closelywith Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and execution.
  • Perform regular reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with internal processesand company policies.
  • Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.

Work Schedule: 6-day working week

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degreein Commerce, Finance,Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in Finance Operations, Accounts Operations, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Zoho ERP orequivalent platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SalesOrders, Delivery Challans, Transfer Orders, Tax Invoices, GRNs, and Job Work processes.
  • Knowledge of payment reconciliation and UTR tracking
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and otherMS Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managingmultiple priorities effectively.
