Finance Operations & Reporting (Analyst to Manager Level)

Looking for finance professionals to join a growing team supporting the financial operations of an international business.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial calculations, accruals, reconciliations, and payment-related schedules.
• Support monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Validate financial data, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with audit requirements, documentation, and internal control procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline reporting through automation.
• Work with finance teams and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in finance operations, financial reporting, accounting, or reconciliations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Opportunities Available

• Analyst Level: For professionals with at least 2 years of relevant experience and a solid foundation in accounting.
• Manager Level: For experienced finance professionals with at least 5 years of experience, strong reconciliation skills, and the ability to review financial outputs and coordinate with stakeholders. An accounting qualification or progress toward one is preferred.
