Finance & Operations Manager
We're seeking a fractional Finance & Operations Manager to act as our financial controller and oversee key operations across the firm. This role calls for a strong finance background, operational drive, and AI fluency. You'll lead month-end reporting, forecasting, and team management while making our processes more efficient.

You'll be our financial controller and also oversee key operations across the firm, so the role needs financial rigour, operational drive, and a passion for doing things better.
The Role
As Finance & Operations Manager, you'll oversee our books, deliver month-end financial reports and analysis, review client and advisor invoicing, and forecast profitability and cash flow. You'll coordinate with our external accountants, banks, and IT provider, and make sure all taxes and remittances are compliant and on time. On the operations side, you'll lead our finance and admin teams, drive our quarterly goals and key projects, run hiring for admin and accounting roles, and lead AI adoption across the firm. You'll work closely with our CEO and COO, including on client-facing AI projects.
