We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Manager to lead our financial operations and optimize processes for efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a comprehensive understanding of financial management, and the ability to drive operational improvements within the finance team.

Role: Finance Operations Manager

Lead and manage end-to-end finance operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, balance sheet integrity, and data submission into the group consolidation system (Tagetik)

Partner with cross-functional teams, auditors, IT, and finance leadership to strengthen controls, improve processes, and drive operational excellence

Drive automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and scale finance operations

Oversee statutory compliance, audit management, internal controls, and risk mitigation across multiple entities including Norway, Denmark, Finland, and the UK

Build and lead a high-performing SSC finance operations team in Bangalore, fostering accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement culture

8+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or shared services environment

Strong expertise in month-end close, reconciliations, financial controls, audit management, and statutory compliance

Proven experience leading SSC/shared services or centralized finance operations teams in a multi-entity environment

Hands-on experience with ERP systems and finance tools; NetSuite exposure is an added advantage

Strong process improvement, automation, and operational excellence mindset with ability to scale finance processes

Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to work across global teams

Strong understanding of accounting principles, risk management, and internal control frameworks
