Finance Operations Manager

We're looking for an experienced F&A Operations Leader to manage and scale multiple finance towers covering O2C, P2P, R2R, AP, AR and GL.

The role will focus on:

> Leading a 100+ FTE delivery operation across multiple finance towers

> Driving finance transformation, process standardization and intelligent automation

> Identifying opportunities to leverage RPA, AI, workflow and analytics to improve efficiency and control

> Leading transitions, migrations, and new process implementations

> Building scalable delivery models and improving productivity across processes

> Supporting solutioning and growth of the F&A managed services business

Looking for:

> 12–15 years of Finance & Accounting operations experience

> Strong track record in finance transformation, transitions and digital enablement

> Exposure to SAP / Oracle and finance technology platforms
