Palmore Luxury Developers is a Mumbai-based real estate developer focused on luxury villa projects exclusively in Alibaug. We are looking for an experienced Finance & Operations Lead to take ownership of the financial function across our full project lifecycle — from villa execution to land acquisition and sales.

This is a senior; hands-on role suited to a finance professional with direct experience in real estate or construction. Direct experience in property development or project-based construction finance is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

- Financial modelling for villa construction, land acquisition and sales.

- Cost control and BOQ management across active developments

- Vendor and contractor commercial terms, pricing, cash flow and client management

- Deal-level profitability tracking

- Building and maintaining robust financial controls and processes

- Standardizing financial data workflows to ensure seamless project tracking and reporting.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in real estate, construction, or project finance

- Qualified CA, MBA (Finance), or CFA Level 2

- Strong command of project costing, BOQ structures, and construction cycles

- Familiarity with contractor ecosystems and vendor management.
