OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Execute transactions pertaining to Factory operations adhering to laid down SOPs

Principal Accountabilities

· SKU creation in SAP

· Updating of agreed cost in SAP

· Invoice validation with Rate masters in case of any discrepancy

· Production Order Aging Review and Perform Teco on Recommendation from Operations.

· Review of conversion GRN charges pending MIRO

· Validation of purchase orders before final release

· Management Information system – To enable FS with various plan related activities/Quarterly audit schedules preparation etc.

· Reports – Cost per Kg, RM actual consumption vs standard

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Ø B.Com/M.Com

Ø 2+ years of experience in costing and operations accounts preferably in a factory set-up in FMCG/Durable/Auto/Paints/Fertilizer etc.

Ø Must be proficient in SAP usage
