Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst with at least 3 years of experience . The ideal candidate must be possess strong knowledge of all accounting principles and practices.

Job Description (Finance Officer)

1. Manage daily accounting tasks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, while efficiently processing accounts payable and receivable transactions, including payment verification and settlement, in compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

2. Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between accounting records and bank statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies related to deposits, withdrawals, and fees, while maintaining accurate cash positions.

3. Work collaboratively with internal departments to align financial processes with organizational goals and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through process improvements or automation.

4. Safeguard sensitive financial data by upholding strict confidentiality protocols and support the implementation and maintenance of robust internal controls to prevent errors, discrepancies, and potential fraud.

5. Assist with any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management to ensure the seamless operation of the finance department and contribute to the broader objectives of the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar)
• Excellent Excel skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
