Job Description: Handling finance and accounts function for a mid-sized business.

• Increase company revenue over previous period.
• Increase profitability of company over previous period.
• Increase cash flow.
• Increase operational efficiencies within the company.

Key responsibilities:

a). Treasury management including forex risk management

b). Budgeting and financial planning for the whole company

c). Finance management- Raising funds competitively for both working capital as well as Capex requirements

d). Costing/ Cost accounting/ Cost control

e). Financial MIS

f). Relationship management with banking partners

g). Cash flow management

h). Finalization of statutory accounts statement, Company law board requirements and monitoring of statutory and legal compliance

i). Internal audits

j). Developing systems, processes and policies related to funds utilization, cost control, petty cash handling etc.

k). Financial advice- analyze financial performance, financial health of the company, margins, costs etc and advise management on corrective actions required

l). Oversee the functioning of finance department

m). Bookkeeping for the company including accounting under respective cost heads.

n). Ensure regulatory compliance for company with respect to Company law board and other regulatory bodies including GST, Income Tax.

o). Drive Cost reduction and Efficiency improvements across the organization

p). Drive SAP implementation across the organization

Education: CA pursuing Final/ CA Inter/ M.Com.

Experience: - 10+ years experience with leading manufacturing organizations with SAP knowledge of which last 5 years should have been a Manager/ Assistant Manager Finance with overall responsibility of finance and accounts functions in a manufacturing environment handling turnover of 150-500 Crores.

End to End Finance and accounts Experience with manufacturing companies is a must.

Experience in SAP and Proficiency in Income Tax, GST.

Language skills- should be fluent in Tamil and English
