Finance Manager

Position Overview:

The role will work closely with investment bankers, auditors, and advisors on DRHP preparation and listing-related activities. Also, the role will oversee financial closure quarterly and monthly.

Key Responsibilities

• Support DRHP preparation and IPO execution
• Coordinate with investment bankers, legal advisors, and auditors
• Manage Business Finance & MIS responsibilities
• Build and automate reporting dashboards and analytical cuts for leadership review
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and annual operating plan processes
• Generate actionable insights for management through financial modelling and data analysis.

Preferred Profile

• CA / MBA (Finance)
• 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts
• Prior involvement in IPO / DRHP process preferred
• Strong Excel and financial modelling capabilities
• High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced organisation.
