Finance Manager
Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable and expenses.
- Ensure timely month-end closing and accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and other external parties.
- Provide financial analysis and support management in business decisions.
- Lead and manage the finance team.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent is an advantage.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
