Role Description
As a Finance Manager, you will oversee the financial health of Swashaa and ensure proper management of budgets, financial planning, and reporting. Your daily tasks will include preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, monitoring day-to-day financial operations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will also analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for decision-making. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat.
Qualifications
- Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Expertise in financial reporting, data analysis, and cost control
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools
- Familiarity with local and international financial regulations and standards
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to provide financial strategies and insights for business growth
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA is a plus)
- Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry preferred
