Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Bangalore (100% WFO)

Work Type: Fulltime

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions, ensuring adherence to all statutory and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Own and drive the monthly close process across group entities, including treasury operations, P&L reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assisting in all external audits, including statutory and tax audits, coordinating across teams.
  • Evaluate existing accounting workflows and build scalable processes to support business growth, leading system implementations where required.
  • Take ownership of FP&A, preparation of financial projections, annual operating plans, and budgets. Perform detailed variance analysis.
  • Track and report on key financial and operational metrics, identify trends, and do analysis to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Partner with senior management on ad hoc strategic business projects and analyses that drive informed decision-making across the organization.

Experience

  • Big4 Experience Required (PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, EY)
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in public accounting and venture-backed companies (Series A / B / C / D) in the marketplace or SaaS verticals
  • Experience working with ZohoBooks.
  • Experience preparing and going through Audits
  • Great knowledge of IGAAP and US GAAP
  • Experience with international growth and consolidation
  • Advanced Excel

Qualifications

  • Should be a Chartered Accountant/MBA-Finance
