Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, budget management, and financial reporting processes. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing risks, developing forecasts, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals and support business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
- Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, Accounting Standards, and Compliance
- Experience in Risk Assessment, Cost Control, and Cash Flow Management
- Proficiency in Financial Tools, ERP Systems, and Advanced Excel
- Outstanding problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is an advantage
- Experience in the automotive or luxury vehicle industry is highly desirable
