We are hiring an on-site Finance Manager to own end-to-end accounting in Sage, drive month-end close, cash management, statutory filings and audit readiness.
Primary title: Finance Manager (Sage Accounting)
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle accounting in Sage: maintain the general ledger, post journals, and drive timely month-end and year-end closes.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes—invoice processing, vendor payments, collections and ageing control.
- Perform bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations and ensure accuracy of cash & bank positions; prepare cashflow forecasts.
- Prepare monthly management reports and statutory financial statements; deliver accurate financial reporting to leadership.
- Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS and other tax filings), support external audits and coordinate with tax advisors and auditors.
- Improve accounting processes and Sage configuration, implement controls, and mentor/supervise accounting staff to raise operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience: Qualified accountant (CA/ICWA) or commerce graduate with proven experience managing accounting operations in an ERP environment—strong, demonstrable hands-on experience with Sage is mandatory. Prior exposure to SaaS revenue accounting, statutory audits and Indian tax compliance preferred. This is an on-site role based in India.
