We are hiring a Processing Manager for an upcoming Bio-Mining project. This is a site-focused role for someone who has hands-on experience managing processing operations and enjoys working closely with plant teams.

Role Overview

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the company's financial health across multiple civil and electrical projects. The role involves strategic planning, project-level financial control, statutory compliance, and close coordination with banks, auditors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive long-term financial planning and support business strategy as part of senior management
• Handle end-to-end project finance, from tendering and costing to project closure and profitability review
• Prepare and control detailed project budgets, monitor costs, and protect margins
• Manage cash flow and working capital across multiple running projects
• Oversee billing cycles, certifications, and payment follow-ups
• Ensure full compliance with GST, TDS, corporate tax, audits, and statutory requirements
• Liaise with banks for working capital limits, LCs, BGs, and project finance
• Identify and mitigate financial risks related to contracts, pricing, and regulatory changes
• Lead and mentor finance and accounts teams across HO and project sites

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce

CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) Mandatory

10+ years of experience in finance and accounting

Minimum 45 years in a managerial role within construction, civil, electrical, or infrastructure projects

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar)

Strong understanding of Ind AS / IFRS and project-based accounting

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
