Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Kochi. The Finance Manager will manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee audits. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, conducting risk assessments, and developing strategies to optimize financial performance. The role also involves managing relationships with financial service providers and stakeholders, as well as mentoring and guiding the finance team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting
  • Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Risk Management, and Strategic Planning
  • Knowledge of Accounting Principles, Taxation, and Regulatory Compliance
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software and Excel
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Analytical mindset with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Professional certifications like CPA, CFA, or CA are an added advantage
  • Experience in managing finances in the healthcare industry is a plus
