Role Description The Finance Manager (Real Estate) will manage the financial operations, planning, and reporting for real estate projects and portfolios. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves preparing and analyzing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements, as well as monitoring project costs, revenues, and profitability. The role includes overseeing financial controls, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and real estate-related financial requirements. The Finance Manager will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as auditors, banks, and investors, to support funding, due diligence, and financial decision-making. This position also requires preparing management reports, improving financial processes, and supporting strategic initiatives related to acquisitions, sales, and development activities in the real estate sector.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, especially in a real estate or project-based environment.
