we are hiring this role for our Retail client in Gurgaon.

Accounting operational efficiency

• To coordinate with GBS to ensure all financial transaction records are maintained and accurately entered accounting system efficiently, and in accordance with Local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), IFRS and Group Reporting guidelines.
• Accountable for the final closure and sign-off financial statements according to accounting stands and IFRS laws and regulations creating a comprehensive commentary based on sound financial analysis for India.
• To manage Statutory audit, internal audit, ICFR and group audit for India including ensuring inventory checks and the financial statements as per the timeline.
• Accountable for the preparation of the financial forecasts (Budget, RFC) and preparing variation analysis reports.
• Preparation & presentation of management reports for their decision making (P&L, Profit Contribution, Sales Variances etc.) as per the desired formats.
• Manage treasury operations including cash flow management definitions and decisions of India.
• Ensure that all processes are defined fully compliant with internal policies (e.g., DAL, Procurement, internal controls, expenses).
• Ensure that the company insurance as well as local insurances procedures, documentations are up to date, changes incorporated and approved.
