Key Responsibilities:
CMA & Financial Documentation:
- Prepare CMA data for banks and other financial institutions.
- Coordinate with rating agencies for credit assessments.
- Review and ensure compliance with pre-commitment and pre-disbursement conditions.
- Support due diligence processes for project and entity appraisal.
Fund Raising & Banking Coordination:
- Manage fund raising processes and coordinate with bankers, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
- Review loan documentation and banking products (term loans, cash credit, bank guarantees, construction finance, loans against property & acquisition).
- Liaise with banks for working capital, SBLC, and CLA requirements.
- Coordinate with government authorities for necessary clearances.
Fund Flow & Treasury Management:
- Manage funds and allocate them according to schedules.
- Maintain discipline in payment terms (advance / 30 days / 45 days) in coordination with purchase and other departments.
- Monitor budgeted vs. actual fund flows and prepare credit aging reports for MSME and non-MSME vendors.
- Handle investments (RD, FD, MF, etc.).
Cash Flow & Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly cash flow statements and coordinate with auditors for financial data.
- Maintain loan schedules with principal and interest bifurcation.
- Provide audit-related data to statutory auditors.
Debtors & Advance Payments Management:
- Maintain division-wise outstanding data and monitor collection terms.
- Develop recovery plans for old outstanding amounts and coordinate with the legal department for recovery.
- Ensure timely clearance of advance payments to vendors.
- Conduct physical verification of claims and stock.
Project & Financial Analysis:
- Build financial models, business projections, and perform financial analysis.
- Manage multiple projects for project funding and appraisal.
- Analyze flow measurements and implement financial strategies to optimize performance.
