About the Role:
We are a growing manufacturing company seeking a hands-onFinance Managerto become the cornerstone of our back-office operations. This is not a routine accounting role. You will be entrusted with securing our financial foundation and building the systems that drive operational efficiency. You will report directly to the Director and have a clear path to heading integrated operations.
You Are the Right Fit If You Are:
- A qualifiedCA Inter / CMA / or a seasoned Senior Accountantwith expertise inTally ERPand end-to-end financial management.
- Someone who finds satisfaction incorrecting complex books, ensuring compliance, and creating order from chaos.
- Proactive and systematic, with an interest in using data and modern tools (AI, advanced Excel) to improve business processes.
- A clear communicator who can professionally interact with suppliers, customers, and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership ofaccounting, finalization, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Reconcile and regularize all financial ledgers, ensuring audit-ready records.
- Design and implementfinancial controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Analyze operational data to improve processes inprocurement, inventory, and cost management.
- Act as the key point of contact for financial and operational coordination.

Skills & Qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge ofGST, TDS, and corporate compliance.
- Strong analytical skills and a process-improvement mindset.
- High integrity, proactivity, and the ability to work independently.
