Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Manage end-to-end finance operations for Orcapod
- Ensure financial discipline and control across departments
- Monitor financial performance and enforce compliance with financial policies
Accounting & Financial Processes
- Oversee accounting processes including AP, AR, payroll accounting, and reconciliations
- Manage monthly closing activities and preparation of financial statements
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage statutory reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory payments
- Ensure adherence to applicable financial and statutory regulations
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Engage with clients and internal leadership to ensure timely and controlled financial processes
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business leadership
Process Control & Improvement
- Establish and monitor internal financial controls
- Ensure operational processes provide accurate financial inputs
- Identify and implement process improvements for financial efficiency
